SHIPPING AND DELIVERY and REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

Within Australia:

Delivery is free/complimentary for orders purchased over $200, regardless of quantity, Unless there is an advertised promotion for FREE SHIPPING.

For orders under $200, a flat $13.00 delivery fee is charged, for all quantities.

Please note once your order is processed and ready for delivery, your order cannot be changed.

Elodie & Elvis ships via Australia post by registered post.

For registered post  deliveries please allow your package to arrive between 3-5 business days, from the date of order being dispatched.

Some remote areas require up to 5 working business days. We will send you an email notification once your order is dispatched and on it’s way to you.

Insurance is not included , if you wish to insure your delivery at your expense, please email : enquiries@elodieandelvis.com.au to arrange.

Orders received outside  of business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, over weekends, on public holidays , will be processed for delivery / dispatch the next working business day.

 

International delivery:

We deliver parcels via registered Airmail. Allow 5-7 working business days to receive your delivery from the date of order being dispatched.

We will send you an email notification once your order is dispatched and on it’s way to you.

International duties and taxes:

Please be aware of any additional charges you may incur. These are payable at your expense.

 

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY.

Please choose carefully as Elodie & Elvis do not accept returns based on change of mind.

Please also be aware, colours can be represented differently on each different computer screen. Take this into account when ordering your item.

Elodie & Elvis thoroughly check all of it’s garments before it is offered for sale and then again before delivery to you, so you will receive items in perfect condition.

We will not send to you a faulty garment.

Exchange of size is allowed on full priced merchandise.

If the size you would like to exchange with is out of stock, there are other options we can offer which include : exchange for another item, or a credit voucher and in some cases we can custom make the size your require.

If you need to exchange for another size, please notify us within 5 days to get an authorization code. Items to be exchanged need to be received back to us within 7 days of when you have received items.

Outside of 7 days will not be accepted.

You will be required to send back the item at your expense, in perfect condition, not damaged, not worn and with swing tags still intact on the garment.

We do not refund or credit any shipping charges.

Please note, refunds and exchange is not allowed on reduced price/ sale items, so please choose carefully when purchasing items which are reduced and on sale.
